Roles and Responsibilities :-
- – To look after servicing activities for industrial gears and gearboxes
- – To handle customer complaints
- – To identify issues and provide feasible solutions to customers
- – Resolving customers query in timely manner
- – Increase revenue by spares business
- – Providing solutions to customers during their downtime
- – Proactively approaching customers to avoid any breakdown
- – Monitoring the issues faced by customers in our gearboxes
- – Suggesting for replacement business
