Experience :- 3 to 6 Years
Roles & Responsibilities :-
- Responsible for achieving individual service revenue target.
- Ensure effective & timely installation and commissioning.
- Follow & execute PM & AMC schedule on monthly basis.
- Handel Critical breakdowns.
- To ensure timely problem diagnosis and timely resolution of the case independently in WW/OW/AMC/ (Within Warranty/ Out of Warranty/ Annual maintenance contract)
- Responsible for zero customer complaints
- Updation of CRM on daily basis and reporting to service in charge on daily basis
- Service Business development from old & untapped customers
- Generate cross leads for all divisions and products.
- Periodical schedule for courtesy visits to existing customer.
