Job Description :-
- To manage/attend Service Calls/ Customer product complain/warranty failures for whole Power Technique range of products.
- Achieving On time completion of Service issues.
- Achieving the budgeted Spares Order Booking and Sales targets for parts.
- Handling managing distributor s Service Engineers.
- Technical support to distributor s Customer s Service engineers
- Team management – guidance and planning for spares requirement with good forecast for dealers.
- Ensure sufficient inventory for Spares at Distributor end. Capable of independently handling Spare parts / Service Quotes.
- Capable of conducting in house training for our key customers and distributors
- Will ensure customer satisfaction is increasing YOY
- Coordinate with HO for reducing escapes.
