Positions :- Trainee Engineer
Job Location :- Talegaon-Dabhade,Maharashtra
Salary :- ₹ 1-2 Lacs P.A
Qualification :- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
Experience :- 1 – 5 Years
Roles and Responsibilities :-
- To meet the daily production targets.
- Ensure 5S on respective area
- To set & operate the line as per requirement.
- Work in team & maintain discipline on shopfloor.
- Ensure documentation of respective line.
- Operating & Setting of OD grinding & face grinding machines of engine components within stipulated time.
- To produce components as per quality standards and Production norms.
- To perform grinding wheel change activity & wheel life monitoring.
- Work order reporting & monitoring
- Material movements in respective working area.
- Daily scrap monitoring and reporting.
- To maintain shop floor discipline
- To reduce setting and resetting time
- Cleaning and House Keeping of respective area.
- Trouble shooting & to achieve shift production targets
