Job Description :-

• Maintaining the history of the machines for future reference.
• Monitoring preventive maintenance activities & maintaining records.
• Daily downtime review with Plant Maintenance Leader.
• Coordinating with all plant heads to update equipment status & report it to Plant Maintenance Leader.
• Analysis of major affected equipment for finding the root cause of the problems.
• Arranging, and leading the meetings to resolve & have corrective preventive actions on identified issues or problems.
• Implementation of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 18001 systems in a given area.
• Arranging & maintaining spares back up for all equipment to maintain uptime.
• Monitoring with related departments to complete maintenance-related work
• Actively participate in all TPM/MIK events & contribute
• Execute Preventive maintenance as per PM schedule in his area in coordination with production people
