- Mechanical: Full time regular Diploma in Mechanical /Production Engineering with pass marks
- C&I: Full time regular Diploma in Instrumentation/Electronics Engineering with pass marks
Note :- Selected Candidate will undergo training for a period 02 years at any NTPC sites/stations.

Age Relaxation:
- The upper age limit is relaxed by 5 years for SC/ST candidates,

- The upper age limit is relaxed 5 years age relaxation for candidates ordinarily domiciled in the State of Jammu & Kashmir from 01.01.80 to 31.12.89.
